At Porter Pelvic School, we believe pelvic health isn’t just important; it’s life-changing. That’s why we’ve made it our mission to offer education and tools that empower you to feel confident in your body again.
Our approach? Science-backed information, approachable guidance, and a healthy sprinkling of fun to keep things light. Whether you’re addressing leaks, pain, or postpartum recovery, we’re here to equip you with real solutions that fit your life.
Pelvic health might not always get the attention it deserves, but we’re here to change that.
Because everyone with a pelvis deserves to feel strong, confident, and supported.
About
Jenny G. Porter, PT, DPT

Jenny G. Porter isn’t just a pelvic physical therapist; she’s your pelvic health cheerleader. With years of experience and a deep passion for helping her patients, Jenny specializes in turning “taboo topics” into approachable conversations.
Jenny earned her Doctorate in Physical Therapy at AdventHealth University in Orlando and completed her postdoctoral residency training in orthopaedics in Philadelphia. She’s board-certified in orthopaedics, which means she doesn’t just look at pelvic muscles; she considers how your whole body works together.
On top of her clinical work at her own pelvic PT clinic, Jenny serves on the advisory board for AdventHealth University’s physical therapy department, teaches pelvic health courses to physical therapy students, and presents at national conferences. Her mission? To educate and empower as many people as possible to take control of their pelvic health – without fear, shame, or embarrassment.
When Jenny isn’t improving lives in the clinic or the classroom, you’ll find her breaking down pelvic health myths with humor, science, and a big dash of approachability. Because, at the end of the day, she wants you to laugh, live, and move without limits.
