Common–yes! Normal–nope! A very high percentage of people will have leakage (like, over 60%) at some point in their life, but that doesn’t make it normal or something you should just accept. You deserve to live your life leak free.

While it’s more common to leak in those who have carried babies in their belly and in people experiencing menopause, anyone can suffer from urinary incontinence (or leakage). There are a number of reasons leaks happen, and that’s what this course is designed to help you figure out! Not just THAT you’re leaking but WHY you’re leaking…because there is no “one size fits all” approach.

In short, no. Kegels (tightening your pelvic floor muscles) can be useful for sure, but there are people who do them wrong, and there are people who make their issue worse because your body actually needs to know how to relax those muscles also.

As a stand-alone solution–Yes, they are garbage. As a component of pelvic health, they can be very useful. Sound confusing? It can be. That’s why we’ve developed a way to find out what KIND of incontinence you have, and we only give you the exercises/tips that work best with your symptoms.

Much like any issue, ignoring the problem can make it worse. We love it when people try to find their own solutions, but if you’ve tried some things and don’t quite know where to go from here…we’ve got you!

While this course is designed to improve your leakage, you may not see results for a quite a few weeks. Especially if you’ve been experiencing leakage for a long time. That’s why we give you 6 months access to the course and multiple treatment options to try if the first one doesn’t quite solve your problem.
